Cookie Policy
Last updated 7 August 2026
Cookies are small files stored on your device by websites you visit. This page lists every category of cookie Nellio uses and why. The short version: we only use cookies that are strictly necessaryto run the service — nothing for advertising, cross-site tracking or profiling. Because of that, UK law (PECR) does not require a consent banner, and we don’t show one.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
- Authentication (Clerk) — session cookies (such as
__sessionand__client_uat) that keep you signed in to your dashboard. Set only when you sign in; they last for your session or until you sign out. - Payments (Stripe) — fraud-prevention cookies (such as
__stripe_midand__stripe_sid) set on pages with a payment form, so Stripe can detect and block fraudulent card use. Required to take payments securely. - Security state — a short-lived cookie (
gcal_oauth_state, 30 minutes) set only while you connect Google Calendar, protecting that flow against cross-site request forgery.
Blocking these in your browser will break signing in and paying — they exist solely to make those features work.
2. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic. It is cookieless — it sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and does not track you across sites.
3. What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no social-media pixels, no cross-site trackers, no fingerprinting. If that ever changes we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because everything above is strictly necessary, blocking cookies for this site will prevent sign-in and payments from working.
5. Changes & contact
We’ll revise the date above if this policy changes. Questions? Email rehans.axis@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
