Terms of Service

Nelliolets service businesses (“you”) create bookings, send clients a payment link, take card payments, and manage the resulting records. We provide the software; we are not a party to the agreement between you and your clients.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Nellio is offered on a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are charged via our payment processor. If we offer a free trial or promotional period, it converts to a paid plan at the then-current price unless you cancel before it ends.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing on reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period.

Card payments — both your clients’ booking payments and your own subscription — are processed by Stripe. By using Nellioyou also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. Payment-method and transaction data is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Stripe’s fees may apply to transactions and are deducted as set out at sign-up.

You agree that you will:

• use Nellio only for lawful business purposes;
• provide accurate booking and pricing information to your clients;
• honour the bookings and services you sell, and handle your own client disputes, refunds and tax obligations;
• have a lawful basis to enter the client personal data you put into the service, and comply with data-protection law as the controller of that data;
• not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content.

For the personal data of your clients that you enter into the service or that callers provide to the AI receptionist, you are the controller and we are your processor under UK GDPR. As processor we will: process that data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions; ensure people processing it are bound by confidentiality; protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures; engage only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy (which we may update, giving you notice via that page); assist you, as far as reasonably possible, with data-subject requests and your other UK GDPR obligations; and delete the personal data we hold for you when you delete your account, except where the law requires retention. This section forms the data-processing agreement between you and us.

Nellio, including its software, branding and design, belongs to Reeco Liburd, trading as AxisTheWeb. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may carry out maintenance, with reasonable notice where practicable.

To the extent permitted by law, Reeco Liburd, trading as AxisTheWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
